I love how at Kupu Maui everyone sits together regardless if they know each other or not. By the end of the night new friendships are forged brought together by the simple love of food.
I love how at Kupu Maui we use 90% local ingredients. It is so exciting to create a menu around what we have instead of what we want. By looking at the meal in that way we really uncover the amazing foods produced right here on Maui. Every time we purchase an item grown, raised or cultivated here on Maui we help support the farmer, rancher and producer. If we buy it they will grow it.
I love how at Kupu Maui we “Pop Up” at a farm. What better way than to actually eat in the fields where our food is grown. We gain inspiration by the foods produced at the host farm, whether it is coffee or Kalo.
I love how at Kupu Maui we give back to organizations within our community. We donate a portion of money raised at each event to support a nonprofit of the hosts choice.
