Please arrive at Marine Park (Giggle Hill Park) on or before 2:30 pm
to take the shuttle to the farm (no parking at the farm available)
3:00 – 3:30 pm Farm Tour by Dave and Lehua Fitch, Owners of Malama Farm
Pupu by Annebelle & Pierre of Pulehu Pizza – grilled PORK belly lettuce wrap with a creamy green onion & cucumber mustard dipping sauce. Garnished with RED bulls blood beet micro greens (vegetarian option available)
3:30 – 4:00 pm Special HAIKU Offered and Displayed
4:00 – 4:30 pm HAIKU Salad mix with Macadamia & Styrian pumpkin seed crisp with pickled RED beets, pickled Kula Strawberries complimenting Malama Farm PORK served 2 ways by Anthony of Maui Preserved (Vegetarian option available)
4:30 – 5:45 pm Malama PORK roast with sweet potato, roasted beet onion jam and poha surnam berry mustard. Braised beet greens, chard and Alae Sea Salt by chef James (Vegetarian option available)
6:00 pm Dessert – Haiku Mulberry Lemon Olive Oil Cake with RED shortbread by Maui Sweet Cakes – Heidi Cramer
6:30 pm Shuttle back to Marine Park (Giggle Hill Park)

We will be dining outdoors on the farm. Please be aware that the weather might change and we will move tables indoors to the barn. Please be flexible.
There is no parking available at Malama Farm. Kupu Maui will be shuttling guests from Marine Park (Giggle Hill park) to the farm and returning guests to their cars.
Wear shoes and clothing that are appropriate. We will be dining in the grass area on the farm.
$75.00 per person. BYOB. Non alcoholic beverage will be available.
