After an amazing experience at the first KupuMaui I swore I’d try to make the next one and I wasn’t disappointed with another delicious meal around fabulous people set in some of the most beautiful spots on Maui.
KupuMaui is a monthly pop-up ‘restaurant’ at a different farm or natural place on Maui (Hawaii Land Trust lands in September), created by James Simpliciano and Dania Katz, who say: “We just want to feed people good food and see them enjoy it and each other.” It is a magical and amazing event every time!
